Evie Sweet’s Dorm Eats: Galentine’s Party Treats

February is known as the month of love. However, love doesn’t have to be celebrated in only the romantic sense. Platonic love is one of the most unconditional versions of this emotion!

When I think of love, I think of each side and how it can be sweet and salty. I took inspiration from these ups and downs and wanted to recreate a classic party treat. Chocolate dipped pretzel sticks! This recipe is easy and fun to make with your friends! All you need is pink and white chocolate melts, pretzels, Valentine’s Day sprinkles, and your best friends! Valentine’s Day isn’t always about couples ;). Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • White and Pink Chocolate Melts

  • Large Pretzel Sticks

  • Valentine’s Day Red and Pink Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare a plate or cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.

  2. Microwave white and pink chocolates in separate cups or small bowls until melted.

  3. Dip top half of pretzel sticks in chocolate (alternate in whichever order you prefer).

  4. Place dipped pretzels on the plate/cookie sheet and add desired amount of sprinkles.

  5. Place the plate of pretzels in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.

  6. Enjoy with friends!

Happy Baking!
